STR Regulation Resources

Short Term Rental regulations in our local towns are moving to the forefront of conversation within our industry. We will continue to monitor these regulations, as well give you the resources to better keep you in the loop.

The town of Rochester which includes areas like Kerhonkson and Olivebridge is getting close to passing STR regulations that would require current owners to complete a permit application and some other actions in order to be “grandfathered” in. The law hasn’t passed and the permit doesn’t exist yet, but this is a Facebook group of locals sharing updates and feedback on what should be expected in the coming weeks/months.
