Heating & Air: Please note that the building uses an older system that operates as either heat or air conditioning, not both at the same time. In spring and fall, the system is switched seasonally, so you will have heat or air depending on the time of year.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available on the basement level. Machines operate at $1.75 per load.
Pets: Per the HOA rules, animals are not allowed in the building.
Parking: Parking is not included with your stay. However, there are several conveniently located paid lots nearby.
We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. (30308) for the most secure option.
We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. (30308).
Parking rates vary depending on demand.

Neighborhood

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.

Access

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Laundry is on the bottom floor of the building.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and functional space with all the essentials for a comfortable visit, including a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities. Step outside and you’re just moments away from Atlanta’s top attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.

Transit

Parking: A surface parking lot is conveniently located right next to the building, and a secure parking deck can be found just one block away. Please note that parking fees are not included with the rental and must be paid separately.

Transportation: If you prefer not to drive, rideshare services such as Uber are always less than five minutes away and are very reasonably priced, making it easy to get around the city without the hassle of parking.

Amenities: For your convenience, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided so you can travel light and settle in comfortably.
