Notes

The heating and air system is centrally managed by the building and operates in one mode at a time (either heating or air conditioning), which is switched seasonally.
Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).
Animals are not permitted per HOA rules.
Parking is not included; paid garages are nearby. We recommend 31 Baker St for secure parking and do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St.

Located in Atlanta's Hotel District, this property is perfect for business travelers, convention attendees, and vacationers alike. You're surrounded by world-class attractions including Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Georgia State University, Centennial Park, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Both Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are within a 5-minute walk.

Access

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours, so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy: a 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID. If the guest checking in is not the person who booked, notify us in advance. The concierge will verify the name on the reservation. You'll receive a digital door code for the unit, and a key fob will be waiting inside to use for building access throughout your stay.
