Welcome to "The J Unit"- This is one of the larger 1bedroom units in the building. So put your feet up and relax. You will love the space for the comfort, kitchen, laundry/iron and central location. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away.

Notes

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Additional toiletries and linen are available upon request through the Airbnb inbox.

Neighborhood

The condo is in the downtown Hotel District, walking distance to Falcons and Hawks games. The World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also in the neighborhood. 2 MARTA stations are close by.

Access

You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Space

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is brand new from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line queen mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. Smart TV with cable and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to

Transit

Ample public parking near property - surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away (most secure).

Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
