Description

Welcome to "The B Unit"- Updated condo in the heart of Downtown Atlanta with 5 -star amenities. Close to the best of Atlanta's nightlife, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Georgia World Congress Center, MARTA, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, America's Mart, shopping, and more. You will love the space for the comfort, kitchen, laundry/iron and central location. Perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers or a couples get away.

Notes

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

The condo is located in Atlanta’s vibrant Hotel District, putting you within walking distance of major attractions and entertainment. Sports fans will love being close to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, home to the Falcons and Hawks. Cultural highlights like the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, CNN Center, and Georgia State University are all nearby.

With two MARTA stations just minutes away, exploring downtown and the rest of Atlanta is simple and convenient. This location offers the perfect mix of urban excitement, cultural landmarks, and easy transportation access.

Guest Access & Check-In
Guests have full access to the entire condo, making the space entirely yours to enjoy and feel at home.

Check-in is easy and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.

You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for convenient access to the condo. Once inside, a key fob is provided for easy entry and exit from the building for the remainder of your stay.

We’re always available if you need anything. For the fastest response, please use the platform messenger, which ensures your message is delivered promptly.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers, this fully updated condo offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The building is known for its excellent insulation, so you almost never hear your neighbors, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The space has been meticulously renovated from floor to ceiling and thoughtfully decorated with comfort in mind. The living area is versatile, ideal for business meetings or leisure, and features a high-end sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests, making the total capacity 4 guests. A 50-inch TV with Roku and high-speed wireless internet are included for entertainment.
The bedroom features a top-of-the-line queen mattress and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The sparkling bathroom is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.

5-minute walk to Peachtree Center MARTA Station (15-minute ride to the airport)

Guests can use a surface parking lot located right next to the building or a parking deck just one block away. Please note that parking fees are not included in the rental and are paid separately.
