HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

The concierge will ensure the name on the reservation matches before directing you to your unit.

Inside, you’ll receive a digital door code for convenient keyless entry to the condo. For your stay, a key fob will also be provided, allowing you to easily enter and exit the building at any time.

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each bedroom includes closet storage and bed linens, creating a simple, organized place to recharge after time spent exploring downtown.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms provide convenience for groups, with bathroom essentials and a bathtub available - a welcome way to wind down after a full day in the city.
