HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Neighborhood

You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Very walkable with restaurants in every direction. It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks a couple blocks away.

Access

Guests have access to the entire unit. Check-in is simple and hassle free. The 24 hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if guest checking in is not the booking guest. Then, concierge service will verify guest matches reservation and direct you to the unit. At that time, a simple, keyless digital door code will be provided with unit access instructions as well as a key fob for main building entrance and exit during the stay.

Space

Situated on the 12th floor, 12-G offers stunning skyline views from the spacious screened porch. Built in 1962, Peachtree Towers 12-G is extremely quiet for such a large space in a tall building. Elevator, hall and street traffic noises disappear. The unit has been fully updated. Kitchen and bath remodels are bright, clean and efficient. New mattresses and bedding provide cozy comfort and gracious seating provides plenty of relaxing space. 12-G is a completely versatile space. Perfect for business, family entertainment or a quiet getaway.
Concierge service is available 24 hours a day and can knowledgeably answer any questions regarding local sightseeing, recreation and dining experiences. Additionally, they offer late check-in as well as an additional layer of security in a secure building. Conveniently located, 12-G is adjacent to many in-town attractions. Concierge service can provide up to date information and directions to;

- Phillips Arena
- World Conference Center
- Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Centennial Park
- Coca-Cola Museum
- Georgia Aquarium
- restaurants and convenience stores.
A short walk to Peachtree Center MARTA train station provides a 15-minute commute to the airport.

Transit

Peachtree Center Marta Station is 1 block away. Surface parking lot right next to the building. A parking deck a block away. Street parking is available but hard to find. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
