Notes
Heating & Air: The building uses an older system that provides either heat or air conditioning depending on the season. In fall and spring, the system is switched over, so you’ll have one or the other, but not both at the same time.
Washer & Dryer: A private washer and dryer are located in the closet for your convenience. For larger loads, there’s also a commercial laundry facility in the basement ($1.75 per load).
Animals: Per HOA rules, animals are not permitted in the building.
Parking: Parking is not included with your stay. However, several secure paid lots are located nearby. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 for the most security. Please note: we do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308. Prices for parking vary based on demand.

Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID. If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, kindly notify us in advance so the concierge can verify that the guest matches the reservation.
Once verified, the concierge will direct you to the unit, where you’ll receive a keyless digital door code along with detailed instructions for access. You’ll also be provided with a key fob, which allows you to freely enter and exit the main building during your stay.
From that point on, the space is entirely yours—relax, settle in, and make yourself at home.
