HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

If you need additional toiletries and linen, just ask!

Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24-hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Conveniently located in the historic Peachtree Towers. High-quality linen and mattress to make sure you get a good night's sleep after a long journey. You will love the apartment and the uniqueness of its design. During the design of the condo, we kept some of the original features of this unit and added a modern feel.

The living room can be made into a business space. We provide a self-inflatable airbed, so it can fit 3 people easily- please let us know if you need one and we will happily provide it. All the extra linen is of course included. Smart TV with cable and free WiFi for your entertainment if you decided to stay in.
